Rates, Packages & Terms

We provide a complimentary consultation for every prospective new client. During this meeting we will learn about your needs and how we may be of service. We create a "custom service package" for each of our client's according to their requests and schedule.
Rates:
Having your own personal assistant is surprisingly affordable. We charge $25/hour flat fee for all services. After the first hour we bill in 15 minute increments.
We pride ourselves on being efficient with your time. Yves Errand Service (Y.E.S.) will provide a time estimate for every task you require, so you know upfront what you are being charged.
Charging by the hour, instead of by the task, provides more value for our clients. Depending on the request, we can typically accomplish multiple tasks or errands within a one-hour timeframe!
Premium rates of $35/hour apply for extended hours/weekends and $45/hour for holidays are offered on an 'as available' basis. Please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate you with these special requests.
* PLEASE NOTE - WE CHARGE "SPECIAL SERVICE RATES" FOR OUT OF THE NORM JOB REQUEST - STARTING AT $50.00 FOR SERVICE PER HOUR OR OTHERWISE NOTED.
We require a 2-hour minimum purchase for first-time clients to be used within a 30-day span.
Packages and Specials:
PACKAGES AVAILABLE
* Basic: 10 hours x's $25 - $250 (get 1 hour free)
* Standard: 15 hours x's $25 - $375 (get 2 hours free)
* Elite: 20 hours x's $25 - $500 (get 3 hours free)
Hour block packages are available for your convenience and value. These are great for the frequent user that doesn't want to worry about paying for service every time they call! You simply just prepay, receive a discount and we will keep track of the time we spend on helping you!

GIFT CERTICATES
Give the gift of time!!! Gift certificates may be purchased in one hour increments or by packages.
No hidden fees:
No membership fees.
No mileage charges or hidden fees (unless we are asked to make a speacial out-of-the-way trip to Santa Clarita/Los Angeles or more then 20 miles out of town. Then we apply 0.50 cents per mile thereafter).
Terms:All services are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis.
All information regarding clients of Yves Errand Service is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone. A 24-hour notice is requested on all services; same day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows. Services outside the General Service Area are subject to rate surcharges. All services will be performed as efficiently and safely as possible.
Please note that due to insurance restrictions, we cannot transport clients in our vehicles, nor can Y.E.S. drive any of our client's vehicles. Thank you for understanding.
Yves Errand Service reserves the right of refusal to participate in activities deemed dangerous, illegal or unethical.
Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Payment is expected after services are rendered. A deposit may be required if purchasing items on customer's behalf (for events and weddings - things of that nature) We accept Cash, check or money order. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. Credit Cards cannot be accepted at this time. (pay-pal purchases will be available soon).
Billing includes transportation time to and from errands and starts when we leave the home or pick-up location to begin the errand. Rates do not include cost of third party goods and services obtained on behalf of the client. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
Notary Services:
$20 per service, plus an additional $10 per signature per document.
